Pasta has often been a staple dish for many houses, but for many they've only scratched the surface of what pasta should be.

Frozen pasta is the best way to maintain pasta people!

Fresh pasta is at its best the moment it’s made. Freezing locks it in at that point, preserving flavour, texture, and structure without preservatives. 

 

As most of pastas we make are egg based, freezing it is the best way to maintain the benefits of using the eggs, and maintain the freshness of our pasta. ​

 

This means we maintain the silkiness and richness of our pasta than if we were to dry it, offering a more satisfying experience when you eat it. It also allows you to store the pasta away for a long time so you don’t have to use it straight away!

We didn’t freeze it to make it convenient. We froze it to make it better.
