1. About Us These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and your purchase of products from The Pasta Prophet (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Products - We sell fresh and/or frozen pasta products, including stuffed and non-stuffed varieties. All products are made in small batches and may vary slightly in appearance, shape, or colour. Product images are for illustrative purposes only.

3. Food Safety & Storage - Our pasta products are perishable Customers are responsible for: Ensuring someone is available to receive deliveries Storing products according to instructions provided (e.g. refrigeration or freezing) We are not responsible for spoilage due to incorrect storage or failure to receive deliveries.

4. Ordering- Orders are placed through our website. Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed unless required by Australian Consumer Law. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to stock availability, pricing errors, or other unforeseen circumstances.

5. Pricing- All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD). Prices may change without notice. Delivery fees (if applicable) will be shown at checkout.

6. Payment- Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase. We accept payment methods as displayed on our website. Orders will not be processed until payment is received.

7. Delivery & Pickup - Delivery days and pickup options are specified on our website or during checkout. Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers or events beyond our control. Failed Delivery If a delivery cannot be completed due to: Incorrect address No one available to receive the order, we may not be able to offer a refund or replacement for perishable goods.

8. Refunds & Returns - Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind. Australian Consumer Law you are entitled to a refund or replacement if: The product is unsafe, the product is significantly different from what was described, the product is faulty or unfit for consumption. Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order, including photos where possible.

Allergens & Dietary Information - Our products may contain common allergens, including but not limited to: Wheat (gluten)Eggs Dairy While we take care to manage allergens, our kitchen may handle multiple ingredients. It is the customer’s responsibility to review product descriptions and ingredient lists.

10. Limitation of Liability - To the fullest extent permitted by law: We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our products. Our liability is limited to the replacement or refund of the product where required under Australian Consumer Law.

11. Intellectual Property - All content on our website, including Logos, Images, Text, Branding is the property of The Pasta Prophet and may not be used or reproduced without permission.

12. Privacy - We respect your privacy. Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Australian privacy laws.
