At The Pasta Prophet, we ship fresh and/or frozen pasta products within Australia. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we operate on scheduled delivery days to ensure quality and food safety. By placing an order with us, you agree to the shipping terms outlined below.

2. Shipping Areas

  • We currently ship within Australia only.

  • Delivery availability may be limited based on location and courier capability.

  • We reserve the right to decline delivery to certain areas if we cannot ensure product quality.

3. Shipping Days & Cut-Off Times

  • Orders are dispatched on specified delivery days, which are displayed on our website or during checkout.

  • Orders must be placed before the stated cut-off time to be included in the next delivery run.

  • Orders placed after the cut-off will be shipped on the next available delivery date.

4. Shipping Methods

  • Orders are shipped using refrigerated, insulated, or frozen-appropriate packaging.

  • We may use third-party couriers to complete deliveries.

  • Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to external factors.

5. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and vary based on location and order size.

  • Any applicable delivery fees are non-refundable, except where required by Australian Consumer Law.

6. Authority to Leave (ATL)

By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Orders may be delivered under Authority to Leave (ATL) unless otherwise specified.

  • If no one is available to receive the delivery, the courier may leave the parcel in a safe location.

Important: Once an order has been delivered or left at the nominated address, responsibility for the product transfers to the customer.

7. Failed or Delayed Deliveries

We are not responsible for:

  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses

  • Failed deliveries due to no one being available

  • Delays caused by third-party couriers or events beyond our control

We cannot guarantee refunds or replacements for perishable goods affected by these circumstances.

8. Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries

If your order arrives:

  • Incorrect

  • Missing items

You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the product and packaging where possible

Failure to report issues within this timeframe may limit our ability to assist.

9. Pick-Up 

If local pickup is available:

  • Pickup days, times, and location will be clearly stated at checkout.

  • Orders must be collected within the specified timeframe.

  • Uncollected orders may not be eligible for refund due to product perishability.

10. Business & Wholesale Orders

For business or wholesale customers:

  • Delivery arrangements may differ and will be agreed upon separately.

  • Risk transfers upon delivery to the nominated address.

  • Any issues must be reported within 24 hours of receipt.
